This morning i received an sms telling my Sim card has been registered for top-up contract which firstly i didn't't apply for. I made a follow up with Vodacom only to be told there were aware of the problem and the matter is being looked at, they even gave me the number of the company responsible RMCS. I phone RMCS thrice the second last draw the agent put me on hold before hanging up. I'm so disappointed to know that the network i used for 7 years without problems can be so negligence of their clients numbers. RMCS for transferring my number to top-up without my concern who gave them authority. Since morning i haven't been able to get incoming calls, bbm's whatsapp or access the Internet. I can't have my life on hold like this, this is so frustrating
