To whom it may concern,

I would just like to bring it to your attention that I have a very serious query concerning my cell phone number which was converted from prepaid to contract by the company RMCS without my consent or knowledge, now my first instincts of course was to contact my service provider Vodacom to inquire on the issue at hand since the 13-11-2013 and I kid you not I kept receiving the same "I don't care attitude" from several of your customer care agents telling me this was an error on the RMCS side as they were the ones who were/are at fault for the inconvenience of converting my sim card to contract.

Please keep in mind that this was an on-going issue from the 13-11-2013 on a daily basis and on numerous occasions I kept calling Vodacom to find out what was going on because the number that they provided me with for RMCS was hardly answered and when I finally got through to an agent they would tell me they would sort the matter out within 24 hours and guess what? This is the 10th day now whereby I'm sitting with a phone which I can't use for accessing my e-mails BBM and whatsapp internet services etc. I then took it upon myself to take the following steps by
