So this now week two dead since I returned the my incredibly faulty Samsung Galaxy S4 to Vodacom for the second time. i have hardly used the phone 10 days since I have purchased it and within that time my 2 debit orders have promptly and swiftly gone through. i have had two calls from a lady from Vodacom and promises that i would get feedback, well guess what, from the general manager at the Northgate store, to the Manager, to this Advanced repair center nothing at all feedback wise and no closer to any resolution. This compared to the ammount of feedback and service i got when i wanted to get this contract, deal sealed and debit orders going through the silence is now eerie. My strong advice is if ever you want to buy a phone your last port of call should be this joke of a service provider. Instead the phone this ZTE something which is worth i am sure less than 100 rand is what i have to make do with as a replacement as i wait for the unknown. if the company could invest in actual service than ads and fancy offices, they would be so far ahead of the curve it would be impossible to match them.
