On the 24th October 2013 I booked my Blackberry Bold into the Vodacare Vincent Park for a software upgrade, they said they would contact me before lunchtime on the 25th October 2013. Obviously they didn't contact me because they all useless and don't care about their jobs but I followed up myself because I'm used to shocking service from them. So now I have my phone back and all my apps and appworld have been deleted and now I must book it in again because no one checks anything in that place. I'm so annoyed because its no fun to wait in that queue for 40 min before you get to see anyone and now the attitude is oh well? I must just get analed by giant Vodacom because they think that some telecommunication came down from cellphone heaven and made them divine and unanswerable to anyone. In general Vodacom in all aspects especially when you phone them because there are no real bosses, you have to deal with the stupid call centre and if you go into a store the franchise owners don't give a unless they getting money out your wallet. I would just like to state that I hate you with all my heart and I hope you go under. I wish you would just go die a horrible death.
