Thanks for NOTHING Vodacom!!!

Took cell to Voda Repair shop in S/West, audio function not working! Me at home with newborn baby and was told they would do full back-ups to retain ALL my congratulation sms's for the baby before fixing phone! Bottom line phone came back having been COMPLETELY WIPED of all sms history, whatsapp and all settings AND problem NOT fixed. So I lost all my correspondence before, during and after my FIRST BORN baby was born - am DEVESTATED. Terrible attitude by all staff = not willing to help/ take responsibility/ make up for PAIN & SUFFERING, no response as yet from manager. What should have been a simple problem to fix turned out to completely ruin what should be one of the happiest times of my life!! i.e. the birth of my baby. Simply don't need this extra stress and effort while trying to care for a newborn etc!! Nearly caused a divorce between me and husband. NO apology yet by Vodacom and no offer to try and rectify the situation. I demand at least one year's free subs to make up for this total FIASCO!! If this is how Vodacom treats its customers I am totally DISGUSTED!!! I demand a resolution to this whole mess- which should never have happened to begin with - utterly unacceptable!
