Furious. No email now for over 24 hours

Appalling service. No email now for over 24 hours and I have just lost a major contract due to a missed deadline. The hotline is managed by an who has nothing constructive to offer, no information, does not know when the service will be available again. I'm FURIOUS. And moving on to a more reliable operator.
