Cell C
Cell C the liars

I joined Cell C at the beginning of the year after having some troubles with Vodacom. I was promised that in all the red dots on Cell C s coverage I would have signal, which is all of Cape Town. So since I have joined Cell C I have had problems will calls dropping and not receiving any calls. After quite a bit of fighting I was told the problem is my S3, so I contacted Samsung and took the fight to them. They ended up sending me a brand new S3 within a month or so.

Now the problem has only gotten worst, I am loosing calls all over the show. I have tried for months to rectify this, and have spoken to I don't know how many managers and they have all to me.. they have promised to call me so often and never have. They haven't kept their word once. I have tried to call Alen Knott Craig directly but they will never let me go through and always send me to some else who promise me to check and call back, I have never received a call back from them.

The way I see it they are in breach of contract as I have not received what I am paying for, I have tried to get the contract cancelled but they say it first has to go through there network guys and low and behold they never call me.
