A great THANK YOU to Patience Mamabolo (apparently on behalf of the Store Manager - Chris Reddy) for taking up my issue with the LEE jeans I purchased a while ago. Joyce Nassir assisted me further with the matter with great willingness and enthusiasm and a dash of speed. MUCH LESS can be said for the FLOOR MANAGER, Men's Dept. (He wasn't wearing his name tag). He flatly denied me my query, and when I asked to speak to the Store Manager, he refused at first. After insisting, he proceeded and got hold of Patience. Again, thank you Patience and Joyce.
