Poor service for 1st time custome

I was contacted by one of CellC's agents Infinity and they offered me a deal of the Sony Experia E on contract.
When they delivered it my order had the wrong items... A dongle and a starter pack and no cellphone. So I arranged the collection and I just spoke to one of their consultants who could not even verify if my collection was received by the warehouse. I have made up my mind to have it cancelled. No phone since three weeks ago. I also wont ever do business with CellC again...
