Black list without informing me first

I moved from Cape Town to Joburg. I closed my account and paid what I owed. I was then told I owe more. I did so. I then get told while applying for a loan to pay for my children's school fees that because of R500 I am blacklisted. My life is ruined. I would gladly have paid but no one took the time to contact me first althou they have my contact details. They say they sent a letter to my house. I don't live there!! And a specified no mail to be sent there as there is not even a post box?

I would gladly pay anything I need to. But a courtesy call at the very least would have got you your money. Now you trying to charge me other fees ontop of that!!! How dare you?

Surely I should be protected by some law. Trust me I have R500! Just tell me where to drop
It off!! I'm shocked that a company can ruin a life so quickly as they see fit!
