Telkom and unisa deal

Telkom and Unisa promised to provide me with 6month of data of 3Gig. all i need to do is to pay R600 up front
i paid on the 14 of September. even today i still don't have the promised deal. i have been sent from pillar to post
and all they do is blame Unisa for their technical problems. yesterday i got a call finally telling me they have resolved my problem. and surprise surprise i don't get the promise 3 gig data i get 1Gig and the Sim card am given does not belong to me but to another customer. and i believe wherever they are they are also crying
when i complain am told that Unisa advertised it wrong its 1G not 3Gig. how can Unisa advertise it wrong if also Telkom's website also say the deal is 3gig. can someone advise me on how i can get my money back. because it seams like Telkom is not listing.
