I requested and paid UNISA for a 3G data contract through the E solutions initiative on their website on 02/01/14.According to the agreement there is a turnaround time of 48 hours, but clearly not! Trying to contact anyone at UNISA is a nightmare. They have NOT sent my number on to the sevice provider per the website and when I finally spoke to 2 people in finance Reinet and Gavin they could also not assist to the point of resolving.1st Reinet insisted the money was not paid and wanted a bank statement, then she found it and wanted me to go tell a VOdac outlet to give me the data with no instruction from UNISA at all. Then I spoke to Gavin who gave me an official UNISA letter that I paid the R600 and told me to go to a Vodacom outlet. I spent 30 minutes at the outlet just to be told that they cant' help me, UNISA has do it from their side. Now I want my money back and reverse this whole deal as clearly I will NEVER get the data with the amount of ineptness I have to deal with. But offcourse true UNISA style you cant' get hold of ANYONE to assist you and they ignore all emails being sent to them. UNISA has to be the only business that I know of that has ZERO accountibility. Carte Blanche!!!
