Good morning

We did a new contract at Vodacom at Mooirivier Mall (excellent service)
Unfortunately the phone's screen went grey and purple within the first month, now they want to put in new parts. I don't want a phone, thats why I did a new contract. The job number at Vodacom repairs in Potchefstroom is 9301572, Tel no 018 293 3394. My Reference number at Vodacom head office is sibu0928
Sibu said they will not exchange the phone. I now has the hassle to put back all my details on a secondhand repaired phone. Sorry I'm not happy. I will however take this further to the National Credit regulator.
