I am waiting for morethan 3 months going up and down sent from one pillar to the other post regarding same thing over and over. I dont knw how many times should i let them know I only pay R185.00 on my subscription not the amount they expect me to pay of R388.00 apparently they keep telling me I should pay a handset amount of R170.00 because a device was taken when upgrade was done but yet i did not do any upgrade i asked them to cancel my contract as my term ended on august month 2013.
I went inside branch given too many reference no for service request but still no assistance each time i phne in or go inside branch then i am told a service call is logged last time i was given this reference no
S3-2YU30-05W52 and yesterday i phoned to follow up as i was asked after 7 working days it will be resolved they told me they need to log another service call how on earth should i do business with such company its not fair this is taking longer than i expected to think they are such a big reputable company.
