Autopage
4 years late

My mother had a contract with Autopage from 2007 to 2009. We cancelled the contract in writing in time. The Bills was paid monthly by debit order and we had a limit set on the account. Now 4 years later they have got this debt collecting company, VVM Debt collectors harassing us. VVM claims that they have no information other than the total, almost R5000 owed by us to Autopage. We have been trying to get a detailed statement since July. When phoning Autopage I am hopped from Sales to Accounts, To cancellations, to legal and guess what... no one has a clue!!!
REALLY PATHETIC!!!
