Cell C
Over charged over 7 times contract value

Hi,

was offered adata contract by Cell C, I accepted it based on the information I was given over the phone by the consultant who called me. It was 2GB, 24 Months @ R99.00 pm! A Micro Sim was delivered and I understood that I would pay extra the first month for delivery of the micro sim and connection. Therefore I accepted the first invoice for R238.82.

However, the second invoice, I just recieved, is for R668.99! This is NOT what I agreed to! i am not suppose to pay any amount greater than R99.00!

I emailed Cell C [Email Removed] immediately after I recieved the invoice. This was Friday 25th January 2013, I still have no response from Cell C!
I am NOT prepared to pay for what I did not agree to! In any case, it is ridiculous to pay R668.99 for 2GB of Data!
These guys dont care about their cleints, they just want to make money and use all sorts of tricks to get it
