3G BILLING WITHOUT PERMISSION OR PROOF

A 3G contract which is paid regularly at a monthly instalment of R99, since its inception aprrox a year ago, was billed incorrectly in April when a sudden increase of over R3500 showed. Mr Morris disputed it immediately. Unwillingly paid and settled the R3500. MTN are refusing to give a breakdown of the sites that were visited over this period or what was downloaded - this is a consumer's right! Without any notice or warning a Final notice from VVM Debt Collectors saying R10, 200 to be paid now. Their reference 13657001, your ref MTN service provider A4382868, dated 12 Oct 2013.
