Still disappointed

I have just received a call from a debt collector informing me that my account has been handed over, I'm really getting tired of explaining the issue about this account. I did not upgrade with 8ta it was a I called and I was told it was going to be written off as it was confirmed that it was a case by your department. I don't owe you anything please see to it that I'm cleared. I am now being threatened of being blacklisted. PLEASE HELP!!!
