A week ago I had a problem and submitted it to Hello Peter. I got a message back with in an hour as well as a phone call from Abigail Madonsela.
I explained to her that my account, that I have paid already every month, has been given to a debt collector and that they intend to blacklist me on the 4th of March if I did not pay the account (that have already been payed). I sent through the proof of payments to Abigail as well as the debt collector.
It has now been a week and nothing has been done to the problem. I have sent 3 emails to Abigail since then with no response.
This is very unprofessional and very bad service. This is not a small issue but instead Multichoice acts like it is. If I get blacklisted because their accounts department and their representatives cant do their work. This will get very messy.
