Excellent Customer Service

On Sunday morning I went into the Cell C Tygervalley Store to upgrade my contract after receiving a courtesy call from them.

I was met by the door by a well presented young chap, who enquired how he could be if assistance. He then painstakingly took me through the entire process with the required knowledge. He took the time to explain the different package options to me and throughout made sure that I fully understand and are happy and content with the offerings and my choices.

As I had many questions, the entire process took a little more than an hour and still he had a big smile on his face when i eventually asked of him to give me a quick tutorial on the workings of the phone.

I was really impressed and appreciated his open friendly service where no request was too much to ask. He made me feel at ease and a valued client, taking the time to make sure I am 100% satisfied with the product I selected by the time I leave the store.

Young people like that who is passionate about Client Care is a real asset to any company.
