It such a great experience to deal with Pentravel Canal Walk. Since making an e-mail enquiry about specials on offer, I've continuously been receiving friendly and immediate responses to all my questions I posed regarding a new travelling experience my wife and I would want to explore in 2014, -willing. Impressive is her knowledge about the product, her personal experience of the product that she shared with us, her administrative flair and eagerness to be of assistance. She is really passionate about excellent customer service and would even ask if there is anything else that she can do to make our intended journey a pleasant and unforgettable one. Admirable is her use of my mother tongue, Afrikaans, and she communicated with such ease with me in Afrikaans. She is indeed a valuable asset to her company and the travel industry.
