In the last week, the network connection has deteriorated to the point that although there is a connection, basically has very slow connec tion speed or cannot access web sites

Phoned 0839001212 today ; have to deal with slow staff who are not connected to customer service, no urgency in solving problems, escalating problems, putting customers through to higher management

Emanuel, Samantha, Vanessa - attitude over the phone - bored, disinterested, tired, have contempt for the customer - THIS IS THE TYPICAL CALL CENTRE ATTITUDE THAT CUSTOMERS ARE TIRED OFF

Emanuel informs me that it takes 12 working days to resolve a problem!!!
It seems that I must make alternative plans for network connectivity - I cannot sit for 12 working days in this situation

SHAKE YOURSELF OUT OF THIS PITIFUL AFRICA WORK ETHIC AND IMPROVE IF ITS AT ALL POSSIBLE
CAN GET BETTER SERVICE OUT OF A GOVERNMENT DEPT THESE DAYS

Look forward to cancelling the contract in January 2013
