Approved but delivery withheld

I wish to express my frustration with the service im getting from neotel, the one minute they say im approved, the next they say my residential address and delivery are not the same so they withheld my phones at courier company. Then when i enquire, they say i should send an affidavit, which I did, this confirmed my residential and work address. Then customer care promise to come back to me with feedback, which they didnt, I had to spend time and airtime following up. Now they want employment letter and lease to confirm work address, I just asked for that to be sent through to them. Now Im waiting, initially i gave them the documents they requested for the application and they approved it, so i dont understand why im still waiting when the phones are already at the courier. Im told a lady in dispatch does not want to release the phones... now, the consultant Kgomotso is in training, his boos in meeting (thats what im told) So im in the dark as to how far... this is the worst service ever, i was relieved to learn that Neotel came on board, but now??? They made me wait for them at office yeaterday for nothing, i only found out after calling courier that they aint coming... terrible!!!
