Cell C
Still waiting for closure and followup

As per previous hellopeter report against cell c, were I was misinformed and misrepresented into taking out a contract, through all the numerous processes and inefficiency at cell c, I am still waiting for charlene adams to cancel the contract and reimburse me.she does not take my calls!
She told me in november 2013 that she is just waiting for a letter from the branch. I spoke to the branch manager, she said she submitted everything as requested!!!

Can someone of higher authority help
