One of my domains, which is fully paid and up to date has been marked as inactive, due to "non payment", even though the payment was made over a month ago. Please sort this out ASAP. It is absolutely imperative that the domain be re-enabled immediately. Your support system is hopeless as nobody responds. Support ticket number 106915...
