I lost my cellphone on the 2nd of November 2013 and MTN only managed to Blacklist it on the 7th, since then I've been trying to call the insurance department, with no avail, I've emailed and faxed through the claim forms, but nothing has happened, the machine says my application wasn't received. I've been holding on the phone for the"next available operator" for more than an hour and i end up hanging up.

MTN really should get their act together, especially they insurance department, its really an inconvenience.

i sent through the forms again today, hopefully something will be done.

it really is a shame that we have to go through hello peter to get some service :( :(
