Still not resolved

Cell C has still not resolved my problem.

1) I need a refund of the R414.42 which was wrongfully deducted on 29/06/2013
2) I need a refund of R45.21 for the excess debit on 30/09/2013
3) I need a refund of R80.87 for the excess debit on 31/08/2013
4) You need to sort out the billing problems so that I don't get billed extra for this month and the months to come.

Please get back to me with a solution asap.

The relevant bank statements have been mailed to Sindiswa Radebe as proof.
