Poor service

I bought an Sony Xperia Go on contract at MTN and didn't even have the phone for a month then the phone fell and the whole screen shattered, but Sony nor MTN could help me. They charged me R1500 to fix the phone, which I find very stupid. I can't pay the same price as a new phone. Looks like IP67 is not that IP67.
