Problem Caused by False Advertising

I took a 24 months contract with MTN for a Sony Xperia Z in May 2013 after reading the phones' specs on Sony website and the line that said the phone has an ANTI-SHUTTER FILM. But in August my phone shattered!!! i took it to MTN Pavillion, two weeks later i get a call with a qoute for R4125 and was asked to accept or reject the fee and i rejected it. I took the matter up by phoning Sony who said they cannot get involved i need to go back to my service provider, i went back to MTN walk in center in Nandi Drive and they said the phone has been sent to Sony Ericsson Factory in Johanessburg, i asked for the contact details of that factory and i was given the details for Afrexport cc in Boksburg, i phoned and the number DOES NOT EXIST! i phone MTN Repairs Call center to request the info of the person who sent my phone to Sony and they said they do not have that info i need to go to the walk in center in Nandi Drive but i had already gone there and told i need to phone the call center to get that information. I need Sony and MTN to repair the shattered screen on my anti-shutter screen Xperia Z and not charge me for that repair since they have falsely advertised on the Sony Website.
