Paying for something I dont have

I ordered a q10 handset telephonically and a z10 was delivered. I then requested for a swap deal which took forever until I decided to cancel the contract which also took long. While I was waiting for the collection of the incorrect handset an amount of r278 was debited and later an amount of r1047 when the handset was collected. I took it upon myself to call the call centre where I was then assisted by a helpful lady Thokozile who referred the matter. After a long time of not getting the funds reversed I went to my bank to dispute the r1047 debit order. I then called vodacom for my new invoice amount which I was advised it is r2100 which when I ask no one is able to assist me. The system shows that the handset was returned together with the sim card. Why is vodacom failing to correct this matter since August the 16th? No one can tell me what happened to the r278 which was to be credited back into my account. I have been with vodacom since 2001 and now you are failing me. I will get another service provider. I need this resolved as soon as possible as this will affect my credit score.
