8ta refuse to pay my money back & ignore customers

19 October, 5 days after being asked for my phone number to call me back? I was reimbursed less than what was due to me... what are you guys doing at 8ta??? this is not showing any value to your customers!!! BAD SERVICE FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS!!! Now im going to the press..I am fed up!!!
