Ive logged a dispute wReference Rt13120621379 . Because im still waiting for them to call me back regarding the outcome and i even tried getting hold of sheldon this morning and could not get thru to him, and funny thing happend the manager Lee doesnt even know his staff because he told me that theres more than one sheldon working there but after he tried to put me thru to sheldon i ended up with thembi and when i informed thembi what was going on she went to look for all this sheldons that works there according to Lee the manager, that in fact there was only one sheldon working there, after a 40 minute phone call they could still not help me and i still dont know whats going on, i cut the call and im going to the press and the ombudsman, cause if this is fnb attitude towards customers thats its ok for other people merchands to take money out of customers accounts even without approval and then the customer must fight to get his money back from the sorry all fnb customers must know whats going on and how fnb treats there customers, im sending all my details with the proof i gave to clifford mabotja at fnb greenstone to the press and im closing my account when i get my money back.
