I went to the Telkom Shop this morning to find out about a upgrade. When I entered I was delighted to see 4 people behind the counters and only customer. I thought this will be quick. Then I realized I'm getting ignored here... No one seems interested in assisting me at all. I said to my friend 'let's go'. Still no attention. He went to one of the attendants and ask if there is a chance that we could be helped. She lazily looked up and said 'can I help you', as if we need to know that we are lucky to get attention. I said to my friend that I'm no longer interested. We left and went to MTN at the same complex. They were busy, but immediately greeted and said they will be with us in a moment. We got excellent personal service. Thank you, Desiree! No more Telkom mobile for me, thank you. And that is way some businesses close down and others prosper.
