BAD SERVICE FROM CELL C

I took a contract with Cell c through their call centre and got a laptop and a moderm, they delivered within a week and that was in may2013, I started having a problem with the mordem in June then I called the service provider to let them know about my problem and they told me that its a technical problem and I have to book in that mordem and gave them the relevant information that they needed as I was unable to go to any of their branch we made arrangements that they come and fetch the mordem from my work place. They never came until I took it to their other branch for repairs in September and when it came back I got a feed back that it is beyond economical repair and I have to buy a new one.
One thing that I asked them is why are they still deducting money from my account because I am not even using that mordem and I never got the answer from them.
