Wow... its a month later and still no clear idea of what happened to my data. Just a watered down copy and paste response that doesnt speak to my situation. Im using an S3 samsung phone not a computer. Theres no router and all my updates are set to wifi only. So how is it possible I could have lost over 280 megs in a few hrs? Its a mystery even to my service provider. I think what bothers me the most is that no one has tried to resolve this query. Its clear then, Telkom mobile was not ready for mobile telecom and Im stuck with an inexperienced service provider for the remainder of my contract. Is it true then that service in South Africa is at a lower standard compared to the rest of the world? Sorry Telkom, your response to my query is confirmation enough...
