EDCON SUPPORT CRIME?

A account was opened in my name, under the wrong address and work address details. I had to spend hours away from work to collect the correct legal documents - go to the Cresta branch twice to fax details to the customer care centre only to be told that they have not received the faxes - 4 months later and the only communication that I receive (for the first time since Jan) is that I owe them money ON AN ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT MINE! MY TIME, MY CELL PHONE BILL... NOT MY ACCOUNT AND THEIR INEFFICIENCY TO RECEIVE THE SIMPLEST OF THINGS... A FREAKING FAX AND PICK UP A PHONE TO UPDATE ME!
