Have all the proof that I have capped my data bundle and the staff at Vodacom still have not capped it we are sitting with a ridicules bill which was the result of VODACOM staff not doing their work?? Why should I pay for the mistakes made by a company's staff!!! If someone eats in a restaurant and the staff mess up the order or the kitchen messes up the food one would not pay for that shoddy service!!! Well the same applies here and you talk to the owner of the restaurant well same applies here I would like to talk to Shameel Joosab regarding this Vodacom mess up but No one will allow you to get to him. I have asked for his e mail address or phone number and you can not get to communicate with him. Sorry that is bad business practice. I have been a great customer for 14 years!!! I would like a meeting with Shameel Joosab to discuss my bad service???
