My ADSL line is out of order for a full month now. i report it every week and every time a supervisor will phone me. no response. i am paying for a service i am not getting. i want to know what my next option is - not calling the call centre - IT MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. no mails - no internet - what can i do but wait??
