Same poor service AGAIN

This is Nashua mobiles final warning.i have once again been softlocked.it has happened before whereby I was softlocked over the weekend and couldn't use my cellphone because of NAshua mobiles incompetence.i have just had my account debited by R1400 and then get a message to say that I have been softlocked.not to mention that they don't have a call centre after hours whereby one could get assistance to solve this matter.

This is now the fourth hassle I have had with your company since I have renewed my contract about 4 months ago (might I add that I had hassles with the previous contracts and only didn't change because of the inconvenience of changing service providers).there is not a hope in that I will renew my contract with your company in the future but I will not tolerate this terrible service anymore.

I can assure you that I am tired of having the same problems over and over and can guarantee you that I will seek legal advise if I have another problem with your company again. I will also make sure that these issues will be read by the general public on various media platforms as I am quite aware that many people share my pain and frustration with your company.
