Continuous Interuption of Service

Telecommunications

For the past 3 months we have had continual problems with our Telephone and ADSL service. Practically every week or two usually on a Monday we suddenly have no service. Either its the phone line or the ADSL line or both. We then have to go through the tedious process of reporting to the call centre. Often having to call two or three times before the problem is sorted. My husband and I work form home and this is having a negative impact on productivity. It is also costing us money as we are having to buy data time in order to do business online. Telkom do not give discount for interrupted service.

Quite frankly we have had enough!!!
