NOT COVERING IPHONE UNDER WARRANTY

I sent my phone in for a claim on warranty for loss of signal and for the lock button that is not working, The phone is under warranty but Vodacom claimed that there is a dent on the phone, so the warranty will not cover the damage on the phone! I am very upset with this matter as the dent has got nothing to do with the fact that the phone loses signal and that the button is broken.
The dent is not even close to where the button is!

My insurance does not want to cover the damage because they say its a manufacturer default, and Vodacom does not want to cover it because they say the phone is damaged.

So now I'm sitting with a broken phone I can not use which is only 10 months old...
