Cell C
Not Honouring the Worldwide warranty

I took out a Cell C Contract with Nashua Mobile for Iphone 5.

The home button on the phone stopped working two and half months after I took ownership of the phone.
Nashua Mobile is now requesting me to pay R3500 for a refurnished IPhone as per Cell C repair Centre claiming that the phone is damaged. The person at Nashua claimed that the manufacturer " CellC" claimed that the front cover was damaged.
Apple also has a limited warranty for hardware damage. my phone was not misused.

Shame on you Cell C you can't even uphold the manufacturer's warranty.
I hope that apple is aware of how badly you service your customers that choose to buy their products
This is totally against the CPA and Apple's Warranty and I will report Nashua Mobile should this matter not be resolved in manner that suits the CPA and the warranty that is provided by Apple.
