In January 2013 8ta upgraded my contract without my concern. The billing of the account was too high (R2740.95) and I started querying it. In February my sim card was locked but I was billed for (R4429.10). In march my account was R5823.43.April it was R6020.43, May it was R6222.27. I called each and every time I receive a bill with the reference number. Either the ref no does not exist or the agent will not come back to me after giving them the no. I have spoken to Ignatius, Marily Simons, Mosima Bopape, Dikeledi Mathibe, Phindile Ntombela. The last agent told me that the bill was now -R8000.00. I did not recieve any bill from 8ta only to be called by Nudett Attorneys telling me that my account has been handed over to them. While I am waiting for 8ta to resolve my query.8ta admitted that there were activities in my acc and they are busy with it. As soon as they rectify it they will contact me. Just give them this ref no. 1295160 they will not respond. I don't have a phone since January to date because of 8ta wrong billings. Please help to solve this the attorneys are calling me daily.
