I have always been with Vodacom and have never had an issue. Unfortunately due to moving to a new premisses the vodacom signal was terrible and thus when my contract expired with them I had no choice but to migrate to MTN. I wish I didnt have to...
Between two of the "black sales ladies" that I dealt with, on seperate occasions mixed things up and thus causing severe inconvenience to me. On the first occasion I bought a USB port for my laptop which was supposed to be loaded with 2 gigs- but was loaded with 1 MB. I had to re go in to rectify this error which wasted so much time. On the second occasion I signed up for a new contract, which took over an hour and a half- because she never fully understood the system, Asked her questions- with no direct answers... and on top of that they forgot to take the serial number of the phone- and therefore having to re go in to the branch. These were the only two woman I dealt with, and they really are clueless and have no idea what they doing. Because of them, I wish I STAYED WITH VODACOM.
These two woman need to be managed and re trained, no educated advise was given.
