I recently acquired a samsung galaxy S4 on contract from MTN cosmonet in Cresta. The phone had a defect and was promptly replaced. The second unit had a whole new set of problems such as overheating to the point where the phone stopped functioning, the camera seized to function and my entire experience with the "Life Companion" became utterly atrocious.

When i went in to book this phone in the lady advised me that because my phone has a scratch at the bottom there is a high possibility of my claim being rejected and losing my warranty. What the is the point of paying high premiums if after two months i have a dysfunctional handset and a possibility of losing my guarantee. It is claimed that we have a two year guarantee, never knew a scratch nullifies this.

The customer service is disgusting and so is the phone. If this is not resolved kindly collect the headset and cancel my contract as this to me is breach.
