I don't have any signal on my phone pretty much all of the time at home and a lot of the time regardless of where I am. I have complained to MTN directly but they haven't done a single thing to explain why I'm having the issue or to investigate why it might be happening. They do however manage to charge me every month for a service they just aren't delivering.
