I have been struggling since 8 o'clock this morning to get assistance from an insurance agent I have spoken to numerous call centre agents some I might add is rude to the clients and does not even listen to the client and I keep getting the same response " I Will log a request for a insurance agent to call you back" and nothing is happening this is poor service and nothing is being resolved each time I try to call the insurance department but I get cut off and some of the agents have tried to transfer me and still the same problem
