Ive been with Nashua for the past 2 years and a month i had no issues until i upgraded my contract in August to a Samsung S4 MTN R200 Anytime off peak.i had told the Sales Consultant that when i have reached my monthly airtime an additional R20 should be added then i must be soft locked after exceeding that amount. on the 4th of October 2013 i received my monthly invoice from Nashua of my billing of R3, 126.60 that i should pay on the 31st of October 2013.i don't understand how this happened when i specifically told them that they should soft lock me when i have exceeded my monthly airtime which they didn't. i will NOT pay this ridiculous amount as it was NOT my fault they did not lock my phone nor warn me that i have exceeded my monthly amount. i have been calling Nashua numerously to find out why this happened, i have not received an valid reasons as to why except excuses from managers waiting for responses from technical teams or credit controllers trying to get hold of me. Its the second week of the month that i launched my complaint to them but i haven't received any help or rectification on this matter. i am extremely furious and dissatisfied about this matter and Nashua
