After being patient and accommodating for 5 weeks, the time has finally arrived to act:

On the 8th of September, my wife handed in her water damaged cell phone to the Autopage Cresta Branch. Having insurance, the process should have been quick and painless. The sales consultant has referred us to get a case number from the local police station... (?!). We showed her the phone and asked if she was sure, since it was not, she however insisted. We obliged to a laughing police officer. Armed with an affidavit we went back on the 9th to log the insurance clam and handed in the cell phone with the claim forms. Two weeks later we went back - to find out it was not logged. Re-logged the claim on the 23rd September. Going back every weekend and receiving numerous "where is the cell phone" calls from Autopage and replying "we handed it in on the 9th of september", we are currently considering opening a criminal case against Autopage for. Not to mention, the rude, incompetent sales consultants. Although the manager tries to help out, he's efforts are in vain thus far.
