No one picks up

For the past four days we have been trying to call the center on the 808 number to try and block a phone as well as start the claiming process. It is ridiculous that one will be on hold for a full hour without anyone picking up.
So much for 24/7.
REALLY CAN WE HAVE AGENTS WHO WILL PICKUP!!!
